Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Head of recruitment
- Experience in team management of 20+ people in an international product company
- Experience in launching a recruiting strategy, including expansion into new markets (preferably, MENA, Asia, India)
- Familiarity with diverse cultures and understanding of international labor markets.
- In-depth knowledge of global recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
- Skills in implementation of improvements and optimization of recruiting processes
- Data-driven approach to recruiting. Skills of working and launching the performance management system
- Mastery of various candidate assessment tools, interview methodologies
- Strong leadership, mentoring, training and people management skills
- Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition marketing would be an asset
- Ukrainian language would be an asset
Tasks
- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and forecast workforce requirements.
Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions and regions, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Establish and maintain global recruitment standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the employer brand globally.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging markets.
Implement proactive recruitment strategies to address talent shortages and industry trends.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective partnerships.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with global recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.
