- Recruitment (IT) 60% of the time, interacting with internal customers, adjusting the candidate's portrait, defining search criteria, conducting interviews;
- Building and improving HR processes;
- Improving the system of adaptation of newcomers, holding welcome-days;
- Development of corporate culture, increasing employee engagement;
- Participation in other HR projects.
