Requirements

Must be currently residing in Limassol, Cyprus.
A minimum of one year experience in an Office Manager role or similar positions such as HR Assistant, Business Assistant, Secretary, or Executive Personal Assistant.
Proficiency in both English and Russian is a must. Greek would be advantage.
Exhibits strong empathy, a positive attitude, and superior communication skills.

Tasks

Manage all aspects of office operations, including the procurement of office supplies and food.
Facilitate communication among staff using Slack; update the team on forthcoming events, new benefits, and company developments.
Support business trips and relocation process for employees migrating to Cyprus by arranging travel, accommodations, hotel reservations and handling necessary immigration documentation.
Oversee the office budget and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities, including security and repair services.
Coordinate all courier-related processes effectively.
Assist the HR department.
Assistance in organizing team building events.
