Requirements
You have 3+ years experience in quality assurance, testing and debugging of native Android/iOS applications (Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift) or backend in big scale projects You have a ‘user first’ mindset. Our quality engineers are advocates for flawless user experiences You are able to lead by example You are proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java/Kotlin, Swift You have hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance, and stress testing You have experience working with a product team focused on delivering mobile applications
Tasks
Develop automation plans and review them with QA Lead and stakeholders Write automated tests that are reusable, maintainable, and resilient to changes Work closely with product owners and developers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented to improve the testability of our applications Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution, manage and prioritize bug reports from internal and external stakeholders, always keeping their business value in mind (and in our Jira) Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process Support the CI/CD efforts, propose test automation tooling and infrastructure, and work with the QA Infrastructure team to build and maintain it Manage and support the release train process for both our Android and iOS platforms Actively contribute to the quality strategy by providing valuable insights on test automation and software quality in general Inspire engineers, designers and product owners to be quality conscious by providing comprehensible test reports
