Requirements
5+ years of experience in PR or Employer Branding
Proven experience of building a successful employer brand
Experience in creating from scratch and launching a brand strategy
Experience with social media, understanding audience interaction principles, and knowledge of algorithms
Proficiency in working with the graphic editors
Experience with email marketing platforms
Experience in writing texts of various formats.
Ability to follow trends and identify situational opportunities
Ukrainian language would be an asset
Tasks
Creating and implementing strategies to position Company as an attractive employer in the local and international markets
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand development
Management of the company’s social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram): content plan developmen, and content preparation and coordination
Monitoring and control of employee feedback on profile portals and social media.
Take part in internal communication channels of the Company (preparation of digests, coordination of communication in the corporate workspace, etc.).
Conduct internal communications projects
Observe the market and competition and provide inspiration for the latest trends in recruiting and HR
