Tasks
• Build the holding company's operating strategy considering the most ambitious business goals. • Engage with stakeholders and set objectives for top management. • Supervise departmental and cross-functional project processes. • Allocate resources ensuring stable and effective company growth at all levels. • Sustain high-level key business metrics and provide operational risk management in the company.
