Requirements
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role. • Deep understanding of Linux systems with strong ability to troubleshoot. • Solid experience with hybrid cloud platforms such as AWS / Digital Ocean - EC2, VPS networking. • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as such as docker, docker compose. • Strong knowledge of Bash scripting is a must. • Experience in maintaining highly available online web services. • Self starter but also team player, with strong ability to build and maintain 3rd party relations. • Deep understanding of Asterisk based VoIP system is a big advantage. • Experience with Open-source mail systems (preferably Zimbra) is high preferable. • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PHP is highly advantageous. • Bare metal server maintenance and relevant experience is considered advantageous.
Tasks
• Deploy new containerized services (voip, mail) and maintain existing ones. • Troubleshoot performance and availability issues of containerized environments. • Become a focal point of expertise for 1st tier IT support administrators. • Strive for cost-effective infrastructure, consolidate, and migrate expensive solutions. • Maintain and upgrade systems monitoring.
