Requirements
- Proven experience in providing a full-cycle recruitment process (from 1 year);
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position;
- Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
- Understanding the real interests of candidates and building long-term relationships with them;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-starter and highly motivated;
- High energy, positive;
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented;
- Upper-intermediate English.
Tasks
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process;
- Suggest and contribute to necessary changes in recruiting processes;
- Directly search and headhunt qualified candidates;
- Provide timely and accurate feedback for the candidates;
- Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement;
- Participation in other processes of the HR department.
Working conditions
