Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP developer for the platform team.
You will definitely need:
- knowledge of one of the PHP frameworks: Symfony/Laravel/Phalcon etc (writing business code, using framework components);
- experience with PostgreSQL DBMS, at a level of table optimization and writing simple and complex queries (knowledge of ORM Doctrine, Active Record is preferred);
- English level - reading technical documentation.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of popular libraries (working with dates, strings, arrays, etc.);
- experience with queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and the ability to do reactive programming;
- experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus), dashboard creation, and alert writing;
- using a column-oriented DBMS (like ClickHouse).

Tasks
- expert assessment, decomposition and planning of technical task distribution, assistance in solving complex technical problems;
- updating and managing the platform’s metrics;
- technical skill development for the team, assistance in compiling developers' IDP;
- determination of the project's technological strategy;
- backlog management and prioritization;
- participation in the demo and preparation of monthly reports with metrics;
- discussion and evaluation of the applications for the performance review;
- development of team and cross-team processes;
- managing the development process of the PHP-direction’s starmap;
- assistance and control in solving SS;
- maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the team;
- formation of the need for the resources, participation in the recruitment and onboarding.
