Requirements

The ideal candidate for our team should possess a combination of the following skills:

 - Project Control and Execution.
 - Change and Stakeholder Management.
 - Clear communication appropriate to the level of the audience.
 - Conducting meetings effectively.
 - Designing business processes.
 - Decision-making.

Tasks

Ensure that projects are completed without delays, or any reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with stakeholders.

 - Adhere strictly to PMO guidelines, including having required project documentation (weekly detailed project plan, requirements, etc.) in place and up to date.
 - Ensure all JIRA tasks related to the project are in place and up to date, including epics, stories, bugs, and tasks.
 - Ensure necessary project ceremonies and communications are in place, such as project kick-off, weekly project synchronization and demo, project sign-off, handover, and project closure.
 - Escalate, if needed, in a timely and appropriate manner using recommended tools: Confluence and JIRA.
 - Control project scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
 - Monitor workload and proactively provide clear and reasonable information to the manager about workload, tasks, plans, and capabilities; ask to load more, unload, or leave the workload as it is.
 - Contribute to corporate improvement/transformation projects.
