Requirements

Experience in a similar position from 1.5 years;
Computer and office equipment user skills;
Knowledge of the basics of office work;
Experience of relocation of employees to Cyprus;
Fluency in Russian and English, good knowledge of grammar and spelling;
Full-time work in the office (Limassol, Cyprus);
Sociability, multitasking, self-organization, attention to detail, willingness to learn.

Would be a plus:

Greek language proficiency;
Work experience in IT.

Tasks

Office support;

Administrative support for office employees;

Working with documents: receiving and sending, signing, maintaining an archive;

Receiving calls and visitors in the office;

Handling courier services;

Work in a team in close cooperation with an Administrative Lead;

Assistance in relocation to Cyprus and registration of employees with the help of the Agency;

Record keeping;

Support for HR tasks (birthday greetings, gift giving, organization of corporate events).
