As a Business Analyst, you will be a part of our rapidly growing IT department and you will join the BA Team. You will actively work with development teams to contribute to improving our product quality. The successful candidate will work on our Invest and Banking projects, and will need at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and a strong knowledge of agile methodologies.

We are looking for:

Strong experience in corporate banking business analysis is considered to be an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of agile methodologies.
Good command of the English language.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Experience in prototyping and visual modeling of the requirements and processes.

Tasks

You will:

Assist with the evaluation of our compliance policies and procedures to identify potential gaps or deficiencies and recommend remediations.
Stay current with all relevant publications from regulators that may have an impact on our business.
Work closely with the Product and Program Managers, Business Analysts and Operations teams to ensure understanding of the business requirements and effective communication of the compliance requirements.
Own the reporting schedule and liaise with the different departments to ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports.
Developing and maintaining the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Programme up to date.
Assist with development and maintenance of appropriate policies and procedures as required, keeping the compliance records up to date as well as with preparation of information for management and regulatory reporting.
Investigating all cases raised by the Transactions team as well as any queries from our 3rd party banking and payment providers.
Monitoring the effectiveness of the rules-based systems and controls to prevent money laundering and other financial crime, and issuing recommendations where required.
Keeping AML registers up to date by promptly logging the relevant data.
Assisting the MLRO with the preparation and maintenance of the relevant policies and procedures under the company’s AML framework.
Liaising with the Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate and timely data is received when required.
Working closely with sales representatives on the onboarding of corporate clients.
Assisting the MLRO with the SAR regime.
