Requirements

5 years experience in position of CTO/Tech Lead;

Experience in development of payment systems;

Experience in supervision of technical development (Backend/Frontend/DevOps);

Experience in implementation of new technologies and Software development;

Hard skills with following stack:JavaScript/TypeScript/React/PHP/Symfony/PostgreSQL;

Experience in architecture of highload systems;

Experience in all stages of product development in a similar field.

Tasks

Communication with clients (clarification of requirements, confirmation of terms, presentation of business solutions):

Supervision of team performance quality and compliance with deadlines;

Project development/architecture of new functionalities;

Process implementation and optimization;

Scheduling of tasks (with consideration to risks and priorities);

Work progress monitoring and team coordination;

Continuous process improvement and elevation of product quality.

Working conditions

High salary (plus performance bonuses and salary revision on regular basis);

Relocation to Cyprus;

Work schedule: Mon-Fri (8 hours per day) with flexible starting hours;
