Requirements

— 5 + years of experience as a Head of Recruitment (preferably in an IT product company);
— proven team management experience with a team of 20+ in an international setting;
— successful track record in launching recruitment strategies and expanding into new markets;
— expertise in building recruitment processes in different countries and markets;
— proficient in optimizing and implementing improvements in recruitment processes;
— data-driven approach, including launching performance management systems;
— exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convince opponents of the truth of their judgments Mastery of various candidate assessment tools and interview methodologies;
— experience in mentoring, training, and sharing recruitment expertise.
— product company experience with a product-focused recruiting approach;
— strong leadership and people management skills;
— in-depth knowledge of global recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
— familiarity with international labour markets and diverse cultures;
— experience in employer branding and talent acquisition marketing.

Tasks

— develop and implement a global recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives;
— collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and forecast workforce requirements;
— manage and lead a high-performance recruitment team, providing guidance and coaching;
— oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring efficiency and consistency;
— establish and maintain global recruitment standards, policies, and procedures;
— develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation globally;
— collaborate with marketing and communication teams for effective employer brand promotion;
— build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging markets;
— implement proactive recruitment strategies to address talent shortages and industry trends;
— manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners;
— negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective partnerships;
— utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess strategy effectiveness;
— provide regular reports and insights to senior management;
— ensure compliance with global recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices;
— stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.
