Proven work experience as a Recruitment Team Lead
Ability to extract valuable insights and make decisions based on data-driven information
Hands-on experience with creating performance metrics for recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tasks
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure hiring priorities are aligned with business needs
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
HR projects: automation of hiring process, HR analytics, performance metrics etc.
