Tasks
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure hiring priorities are aligned with business needs Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field. HR projects: automation of hiring process, HR analytics, performance metrics etc.
