Требования
- Excellent written and verbal English. - Strong Communication skills. - Computer literacy & good typing skills. - Previous customer support experience will be considered a plus. - Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment - Eager to investigate HR industry - Sales skills
Задачи
- Communication with customers through messengers and e-mails. - Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers. - Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries. - Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions. - Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments. - Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues. - look for new leads and attract them on regular daily basis
