Требования

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of basic affiliate metrics, unit economics and models of cooperation: CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI;
- Ability to find and establish strong relationships with local affiliates and affiliate networks;
- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels;
- Experience of working in forex or fintech is considered a plus;
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is considered a plus.

Задачи

- Search for new affiliates and maintain relationships with current affiliates;
- Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners;
- Maintain/monitor affiliate programs and activities;
- Optimize current campaigns.
- Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI);
- Represent company at online and offline events.
