Требования

Minimum 1 year as a Head of Affiliates in iGaming (more is a plus)
iGaming affiliate marketing experience
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large budgets including management reporting and forecasting.
You have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.

Задачи

Strategic Focus: Develop and implement a dynamic affiliate marketing strategy to propel growth and establish market dominance in the iGaming sector.
Leadership and Team Development: Spearhead, oversee, and mentor the affiliate team, fostering a high-performance culture. Establish ambitious team objectives, encouraging collaboration across departments.
Partner Relationship Management: Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliate partners to ensure alignment with brand values. Cultivate and expand ties with existing affiliates, fostering sustainable and scalable partnerships.
Campaign Planning and Optimization: Strategize and refine affiliate campaigns based on market insights and trends. Monitor campaign performance, actively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Reporting and Analytics: Implement advanced reporting systems for KPI tracking, aiming to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
