Требования
Completed degree (BA/BS/MS/PhD) in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience Experience in a comparable role or 3+ years of experience in an engineering role Experience building or implementing machine learning-based solutions Understanding of software lifecycle and computer networks Excellent customer service skills; ability to manage customer relationships and expectations Strong project management skills and analytical mindset Able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment Excellent English skills, any other language is a plus International travel (10%)
Задачи
You manage customer implementation, development and research projects from planning to execution and operation You ensure successful project delivery within defined deadlines You are the single point of contact for customers for technical questions, onboarding, integrations and installations You implement, monitor and enhance operational processes You communicate schedules, priorities and status You exercise technical judgment in working with cross-functional teams
