Требования
At least 2 years of sales experience in the performance marketing/affiliate marketing
Experience with major international advertisers
Proficient verbal and written English skills at a minimum B2 level (ideally C1)
Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and negotiate agreements towards closure

Identify and prospect potential clients (both Russian-speaking and international companies)
Engage in proactive outreach and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver presentations on the company's value proposition, negotiate and close deals
Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
Collaborate with the team to explore new sales channels, identifying new opportunities for growth into new niches and markets
Contribute to product development and refining based on industry best practices and market trends and demands
