Требования
• You are well versed in current trends and know how to hook a partner • Strong knowledge in the affiliate industry • At least 2+ years of experience as an affiliate manager • Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh strategies for approaching new leads; • Proficiency in English at the level of Upper-Intermediate or higher (must-have)
Задачи
• Attraction, retention of partners • Active negotiation with existing partners; • Analysis of traffic sources and search for new ones; • Initial traffic payback analysis; • Tracking and analysis of performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality and KPI fulfillment; • Monitoring the quality of traffic and making payments on time
